Every time i get hurt it sets me back. I wouldn't say machine though, but when I grapple, the other guy is always the one to get winded first, so I'm close. Soon as I can do a ten k run without breaking a sweat ill consider it mission accomplished

Oh, I almost forgot. Ditch any isolation exercises, for mass, they are mostly useless at this point. If you can stick to squats, deads, cleans, military presses, chins and bent over rows, everything will grow, and faster then you could ever hope with bicep curls.

Its a little misleading. I retain water VERY well. I would say half of that is actually fat, with maybe a pound of muscle in there too, cause I was in the mistaken mindset that steady state cardio was the way to go.

Haha. A little. But don't worry about me. Work hard, play hard. The eating gets better this week though, and theres not gonna be much time between grappling, gym and course, so I am gonna be foreced to be healthier

Switched up training. Doing grappling and taking it a little easier on the frequency for the weights. More to follow when I get a routine down. Cheers

Its just the only high intensity cardio I can do and not be bored after a week. Gonna suck though. I got bruises everywhere already

Man, would be great to see you blog and mark all your progress. I always enjoy seeing the guys making steady progress, you'd be suprised how much easier it becomes when its permanent and in ink

Funnily enough, was doing it anyway, just happened to be my weight and in good shape, and in BC, it just seemed natural to motivate each other.
