Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Survive sailing with the velocity diet.
Goal (Long): Keep what I have for the next year. As I am going on deployment, the food is shit, all deep fried, and ill need lots of stress relief (read: booze) plus Im huge into seasickness, so a lot of throwing up. If I dont come back a porker or a rail ill be happy

Thanks so much for the nice comment :) Actually I did have a bit of loose skin removed because it couldn't resolve itself (noted in my progress section) but the other areas I can live with and they don't show too bad. Consiering the amt of weight lost I am very happy :) Good luck to you in your goals, "bodybuilding cusine" sounds yummy!

It is really not that difficult (not rocket science anyway). It is just a matter of getting everything working at the same time. And I am looking forward to seeing those abs when you start wrestling. I think you could do it even without the wrestling. Give it a try.
