Not a massive fan of hip hop but I do listen to it now and then, I'm mostly rock & house music, with DnB chucked and the occassional pop/rnb/hiphop if it's on the radio. Yeah training is going ok at the mo, it's mostly football at the moment, need to get back in that gym properly but have foudn the time hard. How about you?

Well somedays I'm losing the battle against it, don't we all. But I mostly concentrate on my diet, cardio and weights. I play alot of football (about 6 hours a week) then add on the cardio so that helps but its mostly down to what I eat, clean foods, they are boring but they will make you lean. Check out the list of foods on chickentuna's website and also when working those abs add weight to get them to pop.

oh babes... feel for you. well sometimes we have to fall down before we can start to walk properly. This is just a minor set back, take a step back, relax and just give it a bit longer and just keep doing what you have been doing as it is paying off in your pics. Protect the shoulder babes and keep taking those little steps forward it's important not to rush. X
