How I Started:
I just got into doing weights to try and get fit and hopefully look good on the beach in the summer.
Why I Love It:
I love the burn from a good session in the gym whether it's cardio or weights. It's the sense of achievement when you've pushed yourself a bit further and beaten your best.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at magazines, read other blogs and profiles for tips and new ways to train and I just try to keep my work out fresh.

So all in all things are looking good but got to work on getting my BF down, I was shocked how high it was but then it was done on a machine not calipers!! But this now gives me an amount to lower to hopefully in 6 weeks this will have gone down!! (I am on holiday tho in that time....)

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Normally between 30 seconds to a minute rest. I like to feel the burn in my arms and sometimes if I leave it too long my arms do not feel like they are being pushed enough.

Cheers mate, just doing a little bit of cardio at the moment, but hitting uppper body hard! I hear you on the crossroads thing, trying to bulk up and my weight aint shifting up doesn't matter what I eat or how much it's not budging! arm not too good right now, prolly get MRI scan next week. Training abs twice a week and abs 3 times- its making a big difference strangely cuz im laying off krav maga completely. The middle abs are coming out, and quads are more defined. Hope all good x

That's awesome I've played wing, flyhalf, inside and outside center and now I officially the fullback which isn't my favorite position but still alot of fun. Why don't you play anymore?
