How I Started:
I just got into doing weights to try and get fit and hopefully look good on the beach in the summer.
Why I Love It:
I love the burn from a good session in the gym whether it's cardio or weights. It's the sense of achievement when you've pushed yourself a bit further and beaten your best.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at magazines, read other blogs and profiles for tips and new ways to train and I just try to keep my work out fresh.

Steph inspires me because she's one of those girls that knew she had to change her life but actually did something about it not just moan about it and do nothing. Yeah good mate thanks, ah a few pounds over Christmas is nowt...call it bulking up lol. Got a voucher for USN so just ordered a load of stuff from there ready to hit it hard again from the 4th, back at the parents at the mo in the lake district so no gym nearby...probably good for a rest to be honest! Wii fits are great, amazing how much the workouts kill you!
There's really no moderation when it comes to sugar, lol! I bet if you cut it cold turkey it would be painful for a week, but the results would be reward in and of itself - very hard to do though - I walk the walk, so I understand and we girls love our chocolate, lol
