I went through a few years of hard core partying, and ended up gaining about 50 pounds.
Why I Love It:
I love the stress relief that it provides.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't know how I stay motivated at this point, because I have not had any real results to speak. I have been working out for 8 years, and my body has not changed much.

I have been training for years, and this really is the first time that I have taken a photo of myself. Needless to say, I am not happy at all.
Take of some fat by March 08, when I go on my cruise..
Goal (Long):
I do have some longer term goals which involve being a strong 200 lbs at 10% BF by the time I go on my cruise in March. I want to gain some much needed size in the arms. Actually I would like them to hit the 16 to 17 inch mark by Feb (I know it is far fetched, but it is something to strive for). I would also like to get some real definition in my chest.
This weekend was a pretty bad diet weekend. My son had his adenoids and tonsils removed on Friday, and had to stay in the hospital overnight. I stayed with him, so my diet was not very well. We got up Friday morning at 5, went to the hospital, and pretty much stayed there all day and night. I...

Well I will try to keep you on track but you are a hand full :) I don't know if I can handle the pressure. Well I have not gone for two days because I have been preparing for an interview that will be happening in about 3 hours, but I am definately going to the gym tonight if you can break away tonight you should go.
