How I Started:
I felt very insecure with my weight, and everyday i wake up and look in the mirror I felt miserable. I felt really badly and i was huge, In one point i could not fit in my jeans and i was wearing only sweatpants because it was so hard to even zip the jeans, my belly was so huge that some people might think i was pregnant. I wanted to change my life for better and everyday be proud of who I am.I learn so much about diets and now i know you don't need to starve to lose weight ( i underestiamte so many things and made them even more harder then they were) , I was always thinking that being on diet is to not eat and do cardio all day, but i have to admit i was so wrong. I was doing weights+cardio and proper diet( 1500 calories a day). I really want to inspire many people by telling them my story.
Why I Love It:
Every time im working out i know that each time my body would look better and healthier !
How I Stay Motivated:
by looking at my pictures progress :) Also i want to say thank you for everyone that is supporting me! it means a lot to me ! <3

Hello Everyone,

Today is day ONE! And all I can say is that I’m extremely proud of myself it was hard but i didn't give up. I went to the gym today to do my legs, and there were so many new people it was hard to walk through locker rooms. I’m happy to see many new people trying to...

I know what you mean, n on those days I just go to the gym even harder. Even if i dont like what I see 100% in the mirror, its nice to know that im accomplishing things by getting stronger. you have to be able to put urself on a pedistal to win in this sport n think u really are somethin!
