How's it going? Now, I only do 2 cardio days a week of 45 mins each and then a quick 15 minutes after weights 4 days a week. So, that's about 2.5 hrs/wk.
Hmm...they say when u hit a plateau, it's time to change up ur routine. I recently started lifting wts 45 mins and am having better results. You look great now...but don't give up ur goals!
