Shoulders and bi's want to come out of hiding. Abs too. I think I only worked legs 1 light time in Jan. -need to get on that ball and amp them up!

Woot Woot! No more back roll!! 1st set up of pics since Feb due to a stupid fall down 12 stairs and then lost a bit of motivation while dealing with some personal issues. Now I'm back & at it harder than before!
