How I Started:
Weight lifting class in high school. My sole purpose here is to continually improve my appearance, my strength and to give/gain motivation to those who have my similar interests.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being tight, lean and strong. The feeling of accomplishment. The weights will never pass judgement, they will never lie or betray me. They will never cheat on me or let me down. They push me to face and overcome my mental weaknesses and only I have myself to blame if I do not succeed. "Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body," (1 Cor. 6:19-20).
How I Stay Motivated:
Every day I am motivated! The mirror, my clothes and I am seeing changes in my body every day, whether it be on the scale or on the measuring tape ~ I'm making progress! I continually visualize the END RESULT. I've been there before (120 lbs) I AM going to do it again!! There's no turning back & there's nothing to lose ~ except nasty fat!! THANK YOU to all my bodyspace friends who motivate and support me. Without everyone behind me then I can only hold myself accountable. And it's easier to let yourself down than it is family and friends that are behind you 110%. I also thrive on the awesome groups that I have been invited to be a part of. Bodyspace has kept me going!!
BB Accomplishments:
LOL! That I posted my Before pics on my bodyspace. That was a very embarrasing, eye opening and yet humbling experience. Those pics are my motivators to do better with each workout! I MUST make each workout better than the one before because I will NEVER look like that again!

I am absolutely amazed myself at my own changes in 2 weeks. Now it is fine tuning and kick a$$ time!

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
I haven't found an excercise for bi's that I dont like ~ I love seeing the results of my "guns" popping out though!

Hello Beautiful Monica yep quite achievement alrite but a blessing from God i say and im going to relax for afew days and slowly ease back into training and i did qualify for our nationals but ill wait til next year though, just going to get ripped for summer instead lol Well we are coming into summer here in New Zealand Hows ya training going?
