Im motivated by the thought of being in the best shape I can be in. I've always wanted 20'' arms and a 6 pack.
At 18 I was 6'2 and 185lbs. 10 yrs later im 6'0 and 260 lbs. i have four vertebrae in my lower spine that are messed up and getting compressed together and pinching a nerve as well as a bulgging disc into my spinal cord. I workout to relieve the stress from that but also from the everyday stress of being back in the states after the Invasion of Iraq in 2003. Gym is what keeps me sane and my beautiful wife and daughter also help as well.
My rooommate and workout partner was blown up by an IED in 2003 after returnng from R&R nd vowed that I would get into the best shape I could and continue to workout in his honor. I have done so by getting as big as 275 lbs and got down to as little as 224 bs.
I strive to get bigger, stronger, and as fast ass I can while keeping my dexterity. My ultimate goal is 230 lbs and 20" arms and a body fat % under 10%. If I stay around 245 I'd be ok with that as well.
Once I get my new routine figured out I will post it and kee track of it on here. I am also trying to get my nutrition undedr wraps and figured out as well. Thats beenm number one issue is my nutrition.
