hey syd,
nice build, you have been working out like seriously, I am not so serious and not regular, try to be. I will be changing the gym and going to the one I used to go too. that one felt better. I power train more than I build for Rugby. So not really interested in shaping my build. but you are looking good. keep it up

Yes the gyms here are a lot better than before., I was a lot into sports but since I dont have that much of time anymore I started going to the gym. In sports I am playing Rugby now.
