ive always worked out,ive always been active...but i really just incorporated bodybuilding in my routine,and im addicted..
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling i get after a hardcore workout,and i do it not only to look good and feel good,but to be healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
of course this magnificent website...i love muscle and fitness,and oxygen magazines..and of course MONICA BRANT,VALERIE WAUGAMAN, AND JAMIE EASON!!
BB Accomplishments:
SINCE APRIL IVE LOST 25 TO 30LBS,AND GAINED AT LEAST 10 LBS OF MUSCLE...in april i was about to get a tummy tuck,i put it off because i knew i could do it alone...thats an accomplishment

lazy...just finished eating something i didnt need..and chillin on a bed,feeling miserable:(at about 175lbs,im 5ft2!!
eating clean for about a month,and getting major results!!
