I was a sprinter in highschool; 200, 400, 4x200 relay, 4x400 relay, 4x800 relay, long jump, played basketball and ran crosscountry! I could squat more than most of the guys =)
Why I Love It:
Addicted to the happy endorphins =)

I can keep up with my kids =) We are a very active and athletic family!

3 minutes 35 lb. kettlebell swings

20 sec. 1 legged rope squats right leg

20 sec. lying on back feet on exercise ball, pelvic lifts 

20 sec. 1 legged rope squats left...
