Nahh, very little at that haha. I just keep my diet clean, except on Sundays ;), and various leg raises, planks, and oh yeah, I always do my hanging leg raises with my back touching nothing so it puts more work on them. Those are hard. Hope that helps. Check it latah bro, Adios amigo
