Overall Goal:  lose another 20 lbs. while gaining more muscle

How I Started:
i would look at bodybuilding videos,magazines and the people that i knew motivated me.i started about 2 years ago.i know this seems like a long time and it is.i was on an on/off diet because i have had at least 3 injuries in my left knee which caused me to stay home,rest,and eat!this was bad beacause i would have to stay on crutches for about 2 months on each injury.i would gain and lose and gain and lose each time.over and over again.but im good now with the last surgery that i had and hopefully it doesnt happen again.
Why I Love It:
i LOVE to bodybuild because i dont want anyone making fun of me anymore and to impress the females.
How I Stay Motivated:
bodybuilder pictures,videos,etc.
