How I Started:
Originally, to look good for the upcoming Hawaii summer trip. That's done and passed. Decided to continue to achieve a long time dream of looking better than my age. I've always wanted a hot bod. On my way!!
Why I Love It:
It feels good to do something healthy for myself to promote healthy living or hopefully longer life. Also, it really feels good to workout hard & break a sweat. Awesome feeling when done. I sleep better too. Feel accomplished. Keeping the dream alive!! = )
How I Stay Motivated:
When I see other women my age that look great or a younger that I'd like to look like. Always wanted to get rid of the fat and be fit. Don't wanta be the "fat chic" on the boat anymore. No more flappy skin. Strong desire to accomplish my goal. Thin, fit and muscular.
BB Accomplishments:
Fit, tone, muscle definition, strong stamina, more energy, healthy and look younger. Live longer and more alive.

Hi,
I would recommend a few supplements -
omega oil (pharmaceutical grade, I like Ascenta NutraSea), a multivitamin (Life Extension carries good products, and Now Foods), a protein isolate (I like natural ones like AllMax IsoNatural or Now Foods Natural). For females, you may have water retention and this can be controlled with dandelion root, uva ursi, and a few others.
I recommend a high fiber and high protein diet with low glycemic index carbs.
Hope that helps a bit,
Eric
