I'm actually 4-5 pounds past pre pregnancy weight the extra weight is just to be super fit and healthy...college weight I guess...I was 115lbs my senior year...I really want to be 120 and add mass too. Thanks for the post...your doing awesome after having 3!

Yeah I hear ya! Pregnancy causes you to lose a LOT of muscle. I've had to not only shed the weight but rebuild muscle loss. How long did it take you to lose the baby weight?
