LOL...I'm having a very busy week(due to the shopping season)but I booked time for my workout and actually stickin' to it. This morning when I made it to the gym I find it closed due to plumbing problems.....SUCKS.....How are your pipes???? So I went home, did a quick ab workout....no run...
