How I Started:
I have always been interested in some sort of fitness growing up, but one day i went to a bodybuilding show and saw the girls. I thought to myself maybe i could do that!!
Why I Love It:
Working out had for sure changed my views on what a body should look like, a well defined body with muscle def looks better than a skinny body with skin covering bone!! I love watching my body transform month after month.
