BB is awesome, so much inspiration and great help for the newbie that i am to fitness... i dont always reach my goals in the time i want, but i do reach them. this summer has really kicked my butt in good and bad ways; i've realized that im a Summer time eater not really a winter time eater... snacks and goodies have really been the demise of my summer eating habits but that's something that i just found out about myself this year... going forward i can adjust those habits.
