BB is awesome, so much inspiration and great help for the newbie that i am to fitness... i dont always reach my goals in the time i want, but i do reach them. this summer has really kicked my butt in good and bad ways; i've realized that im a Summer time eater not really a winter time eater... snacks and goodies have really been the demise of my summer eating habits but that's something that i just found out about myself this year... going forward i can adjust those habits. didances My coach dictates my diet and training, but the basic gist is that I have a diet for off/cardio/plyo/metabolic circuit days and 2 different diets for lifting days. One diet that's moderate carb and one that's higher carb. No low carb days. I don't necessarily eat 100% clean, but most of my food is whole foods, but I still indulge in other stuff through my post workout carb allotment and a cheat meal each week. Nothing too tough. sxyfitmomwife Thanks for the add! my routine is eating clean 90% of the time cardio 5 days a week and heavy lifting 4 days I cycle my carbs and calories high and low every week. 50-75 grams for a week or so then 150-200gram for a week or so. Sep 14, 2012 2:04pm

Jomyra well to sculpt a great back your gonna have to do many different exercises not just one. The back is made up of a bunch of different muscles. So you need to mix things up every time you do back. Im gonna look for a link that can show you the back muscles and the exercises to use to target them better. Let me look around for the link... mbogue Thanks! I feel good about the progress I'm making. I don't think my body fat is as high as I have it, as I used some sort of calculator before I realized that they all give varying results. Going to buy some calipers and see where I really am. The inches are going down, as are the pounds, so very happy about that. :) Aug 21, 2012 8:56pm

didances I'm still plugging away at it. Working with my new coach with the 2013 stage in mind so my workouts and diet are in a constant state of evolution. It's working though. Things are definitely shifting. I check in here a lot, but don't post as much these days. Bad habit. Jul 17, 2012 8:19am

BldgInProgress To not be discouraged is definitely a win. You made such gains no one knows you did not make your goal. All we see is your progress.
