How I Started:
I have been interested in bodybuilding ever since I was 18,I have always exercised but after my 3rd. Baby I completely got lazy, I have entered the Body for Life challenge several times and never completed it. it isn't until now I am getting more serious about it. Not only am I exercising but I am also eating right as well NO MORE SWEETS!!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling!!! The feeling of acomplishment as wellas that burst of energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am still working on my motivational teqhniques.
BB Accomplishments:
None Yet, But my first one will be to finally complete 12 weeks of the body for life challenge!!!

Workout Program:
Currently the only workout I am doing is just Walking daily
every morning for 40-60 minutes and swimming every Day for at least 40 minutes.
Thats what I started with....
This week I am adding strength training 2x's a week

You can do it, and dont let anyone tell you you cant. I have a friend who loss 350lbs and she looks and feels good. Just be consistent and eat right. Eat Half now and the other half two hours later. Holla if you need anything!

You can have the same body transformations that both my wife and I had. We are not anyone special. We are just regular people who wanted it, worked to make to happen and followed the program. We are both here for you and if there is anything that we can do to be of assistance feel free to give us a yell.

The 12-week Body for Life program allowed my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and myself to achieve much-needed body transformations. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat during those 12 weeks we were following the Body for Life program.
