How I Started:
my husband works out regularly and i wanted to connect with him on another level..plus i had our two children back to back and was depressed about how my body was starting to look.
Why I Love It:
it gives me energy and makes me feel better..when i stick with it
How I Stay Motivated:
positive feedback and the energy and natural high i get from staying active.... it makes me smile more :)...but i still struggle with motivation
BB Accomplishments:
it is more like working out than bodybuilding at this point but i'd say going from a size 16 to a size 10 in 5 months was a huge accomplishment for me.but that was like a couple years ago nothing so major now...

yippie!! i have been working out for a little over 1 week now and this time i am going to stick with it because i have to...i so hope that my life will change this time...i am a little afraid of what i will do when cooler weather comes..how it will effect my work outs since my gym is in a...

Its nice to be able to work out with your spouce it keeps things on the same page. Me and my wife kimm winn started working out together and now we live at the gym but it makes the relationship great well good luck kurt winn

Oh, I have some good butt exercises. I am going to tape some videos of my favorites tomorrow, including cables and machines and squats. Mommies can have high and tigh butts!!!

The price of motherhood and giving birth sometimes is the sacrificing of one's hard earned figure and I congratulate you on going after recovering your before body.
