How I Started:
I showed pics, that I take every month and a trainer at the gym told me about the site. She said I should post my pics, that it may really motivate others.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feelm the energy that it gives me, and I can't lie I love the looks that I get because of how it's making making my body look, but most of all I like to shock people with my strenght.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a pic of the old me on the friege, and next to my bed, ecah time I look at them I know I don't ever want to see that person anymore. I also so take pics every month so that I can see the progress that I am making. Each month I thank that there has been no change until I compare the pics.
BB Accomplishments:
So far my major accomplishment is dropping my clothing size from and 18 to a ten. This is only the beging, there is more to come.

This is one mothh to the day after I stared woking out. I had all ready lost 50lbs, but had no muscle tone.
This is five months after woring out and lifting hard, 4-5 days a week.

I want to lose body fat and flatten my stomach
Goal (Long):
Since I have been 21 I have over weight and flabby. I want to loses more of the extra weight and tone all over. Right now my body fat is 23.3% it was 29.39%. I will keep working until I can get it Down to 18% or 19%. I want to be that girl that comes walking by and people say man I don't want to mess with her. There is a fitness show next year that I would like to be fit enough to enter it.
