This momma of six gained. Here we go again. I haven't stepped on a scale, but I know I gained through the abs big time because of poor diet. Hopefully I will trim down within a few months with the follow through of my diet. Gotta wait and see!

UGH!!!! I can't seem to get it! No six packs yet but at least I don't have to count rolls like once upon a time. I need to learn to follow rules and stick with it. I should have great abs by now but I need to push it! You can have the greatest trainer or nutritonist BUT it's all about you. YOU NEED TO BE THE MOTIVATOR.

LEGSSSS!!!!! The start of lifting...the legs were my first major results in muscle. I guess I carried less fat there. So lower body is easy to maintain. NOW it's gotta to be time for those ABS!! It will happen..it takes time.
