(Original True Story: I had a dream I was thin, tan, & Beautiful)
Over the years my weight has been a yo-yo. I stepped on a scale at work one day just out of curiosity.. the heaviest ever, 160 pounds! In my opinion, that is too heavy for my height and frame. To top that off I was experiencing asthma attacks.
I decided to get back into exercising so I joined Curves. I was a Curves member for one year and lost 20 pounds with thier help.
Now I'm a member of Anytime Fitness.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a passion and the results are endless. Diet & Fitness are both the secrets to staying youthful!
How I Stay Motivated:
*MY BEAUTIFUL BABIES ARE MY FREAKIN WORLD!!!!!! 4 daughters, 19, 18, 10, & 6 years old! 2 sons, 11 & soon to be 4! A sweet grand daughter, almost 2 years old! A precious newborn grand son (June 8th), Brand New grandson!, (Aug. 10th)* Well you know if I keep thinking about all the moms here who are fitness instructors or fitness models, and keep that in my brain while I'm working out maybe I can motivate myself to work harder. I would love to compete one day or even have a photo shoot. that would be awesome! But for now I guess patience.
How do I stay motivated: I think it's the way training makes me feel. After a workout I know it's getting me closer to a healthy physique. When you notice changes it feels like you have accomplished so much. I've always been the type of person to work hard to get what you want in everything.

Oh wow! I am so lucky to have a 4 day weekend! Now I'm going to get things done at home and as well at the gym! Started off this moring burning the calories from yesterday. (I did pretty well with my food intake, thank goodness.) Â Burned 300 on the eliptical. I should have spent more time..but...

I TRAIN TODAY AND WORK HALF A DAY THEN WENT TO THE DOC..HAD SOME MEDS GIVEN UNDER THE WEATHER DUE TO MY ALLERGIES AND IM ABOUT TO DOSE OFF I HAD MEDS GIVEN AND THE ANTIHISTAMINE GIVEN SO I CANT KEEP MY EYES UP NO LONGER.. ILL CHECK IN LATERS TONITE WITH YOU..LOL SIS...:)
I am doing very well and looking to going home in a short time. By the way, you have muscle in those arms. In fact I think if you concentrate on building up some more solid muscle you will burn up more fat too.
I understand. My diet have been pretty good. I have a problem on weekends. WINGS!!!! I hve been control the last 3 months. But sometimes you just got to have them :) Have you try a spin class? It's very good..
HEY SIS..JUST LOG IN QUICKLY.. I HAD SOME WORK TO DO TODAY..I DELETED A LOT OF OLD PICS OF ME ON MY HOME COMPUTER THEY WERE 2YRS OLD..MAN WAS I DISGUSTED WITH THEM..AND NOW I SEE MYSELF AND WHAT PROGRESS I'VE DONE AND IM LIKE "WOW"!!!! MUCH ..MUCH NICER..I GUESS THAT WAS THE GOOD THING ABOUT LOOKING BACK AT THOSE OLD PICS...LOL SIS...:)
