Burning 300 cal. on eliptical & 100 crunches.
(Original True Story: I had a dream I was thin, tan, & Beautiful)
Over the years my weight has been a yo-yo. I stepped on a scale at work one day just out of curiosity.. the heaviest ever, 160 pounds! In my opinion, that is too heavy for my height and frame. To top that off I was experiencing asthma attacks.
I decided to get back into exercising so I joined Curves. I was a Curves member for one year and lost 20 pounds with thier help.
Now I'm a member of Anytime Fitness.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a passion and the results are endless. Diet & Fitness are both the secrets to staying youthful!
How I Stay Motivated:
*MY BEAUTIFUL BABIES ARE MY FREAKIN WORLD!!!!!! 4 daughters, 19, 18, 10, & 6 years old! 2 sons, 11 & soon to be 4! A sweet grand daughter, almost 2 years old! A precious newborn grand son (June 8th), Brand New grandson!, (Aug. 10th)* Well you know if I keep thinking about all the moms here who are fitness instructors or fitness models, and keep that in my brain while I'm working out maybe I can motivate myself to work harder. I would love to compete one day or even have a photo shoot. that would be awesome! But for now I guess patience.
How do I stay motivated: I think it's the way training makes me feel. After a workout I know it's getting me closer to a healthy physique. When you notice changes it feels like you have accomplished so much. I've always been the type of person to work hard to get what you want in everything.

GET SOME WEIGHTS , DUMBELLS, OR JUMP ROPE AND DO SOME CARDIO ON JUMP ROPE..AND THEN ON THE WEIGHTS HIT THE BODY PART YOU NEED TO WORK ON AND DO SOME ABS TONITE.. YOU CAN DO IT SIS..I SAW YOUR PIC OF YOU RECENT AND I SEE THOSE MUSCLES COMING INTO PLAY ITS NOT FAT..ITS MAKING THEM SCULPTURE THEM.. YOU NEED TO CONTINUE TO HIT IT HARD AND YOU'LL SEE THOSE RESULTS FLYING AT YOU...ITS IN YOU SIS...:)LOL

I TRAIN TODAY AND WORK HALF A DAY THEN WENT TO THE DOC..HAD SOME MEDS GIVEN UNDER THE WEATHER DUE TO MY ALLERGIES AND IM ABOUT TO DOSE OFF I HAD MEDS GIVEN AND THE ANTIHISTAMINE GIVEN SO I CANT KEEP MY EYES UP NO LONGER..
