I am tired of being out of shape after having 2 kids within 18 months. I was always in shape and went to the gym before having children. I'm ready to transform my body and my health.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I have after a good workout and work up a great sweat.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at pictures of myself out of shape and looking at others amazing transformations knowing I can do it too.
So I've been going to the gym since last october and have dropped about 15lbs but im in the skinny fat stage. There is so much information on the web and in books I'm overwhelmed with all the information and have begun to get frustrated because I honestly dont know how to put it all together...
I believe you can achieve your fitness goal because my wife (Bodyspace: Judimax) was close to where you are and in just 12 weeks she went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 by following a great exercise, cardio and nutrition program. I also lost a lot of weight in those same 12 weeks and now we look and feel better than we ever have. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell. continued from below... When I go to the grocery store..this is the only thing on my list right now eggs, old fashion oats, fresh natural chicken, brocccoli, yams, cottage cheese, smart balance butter, apples, and isolate protein. I never go out of my diet unless my trainer tells me I need a cheat meal. If I cheat it is one meal only and its normally sushi.
Thanks!!! It is alot about a clean clean det!! I eat everything cooked and naturual, I never eat out or eat anything from a box..no processed foods, 2 gallons of water a day..no other liquids..I try to eat most everything plain as well. I never have starchy carbs..only complex.
Thanks... now I can go into the stores and buy jeans so.. that's always a good thing, not having to order them. :) Hope things are going good for you. My diet had me stall out for about 3 weeks. Keep it up though!
Hey girl. Thanks for stopping by and asking. It just takes one little comment like that to spark up a little motivation you know. I fell off the wagon for 2 weeks between my mom visiting and my daughter turning 3 (which seemed to last all week.) But now that I'm back I'm happy again. How are you doing?
Thanks! I wish I could look like you after 2 kids! I only have one, let myself go afterwards, and on top of it... it looks like a lion shredded my stomach to pieces ha.. freaking stretch marks. Anyway you look great!
nice,not too familiar with those supps. but im sure they're pretty good. haha no but i should be...at the moment im going 100% natural just til i get back into it fully. after that i'll be doing an N.O.,protein,creatine,and a mass building protein,and BCAA's.if you have any ?'s about any supps. or anything else feel free to drop me a line here or fb...if all else fails im right up the street lol.
