Hey there! Everything is going great here! Yes.. I do remember the shin splints when I first started running. My best advice is to go to a running specialty store and get fitted for the proper shoe for your foot. I am an overpronator.. so it made a world of difference when I got put into the correct shoe. Next.. check out runnersworld.com There are so many good stretches and advice about running. I hope this helps :) Thanks for stopping by.

Hey Joey! My best advice is... if the soda is a vice for you... drink one a day after you lift weights for your simple carb. You may find that you do not even want it after you work out so strenuosly! Just a thought!! Good luck with it :)

Hi! My husband is having the same issue with his lower abs and love handles. He just started making his own thermogenic fat burner consisting of synaburn, ALC, yohimbine, and green tea. He has been doing better the last two weeks. Down 2% BF. Abs are more defined! Good luck with everything. :)
