My husband is a personal trainer and after the 2nd baby I had to lose the EXTRA fat I put on. So watch the transformation.
Why I Love It:
Gotta stay around and healthy long enough to spread THE GOSPEL to the entire WORLD !!!! Looking great is a plus too....
How I Stay Motivated:
My HUSBAND and daughters. Also this picture I have pre-pregnancy... man was my stomach FLAT. Knowing that GOD gives me strength.

Goal (Overall):
Lose baby fat, gain muscle. Tone up and keep my booty.
Goal (Long):
After gaining entirely too much weight during pregnancy my husband(a personal trainer) is going to transform my body. At 22 (pre pregnancy) I was 124 lbs. I went up to 180 lbs during pregnancy and as of today at 23 I am at 147.6 lbs. My goal is either 135 or at most 140 lbs. But according to my husband my body fat ( 32%0 is too high so I may be at 130 at the end of everything. So stick around and watch as he transforms my fat to muscle !!!!!!

Thanks girl! Well Atlanta is great. I think you and Hubby would like it very much so and succeed in the business you are interested in doing. My hubby and I are from NY and may possibly be going back w family and all being there. My due date is 10/4/2009 and I am so excited. congrats to you too !
