My Workout Program
I started doing simple weight lifting with the 10 and 15 pound dumbells I have lying around the house. And I did cardio, mostly with Wii Just Dance 2.
Now, I have gym membership and things are changing up a bit. I need to get a routine set. Today 1/11 was the first day there. I started with cardio on an eliptical and then moved to weights working my shoulders, biceps, lats, quads and hamstrings. It was a hodge podge workout, but I'm feeling tonight. I'm contemplating hiring a personal trainer for at least a few days to get me more organized in my workout.
