How I Started:
I have always enjoyed working out..In highschool I did weight training for 2 years and was a competitive cheerleader for 3 years...I never worried about gaining weight..I went to a local junior college where I cheered for 2 more years but we didn't compete so I started to gain some weight...It just got so out of control so fast...Working in a pharmacy I see how many health issues are weight related and I don't want that...and I live in the sunshine state so your body has always got to be swimsuit ready!!!=)
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel really good...I used to have anxiety here and there and since I've gotton back in to the gym I really do not feel anxiety anymore..I like knowing that I am making a positive change for myself..
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodyspace helps me stay motivated!!!I didn't even know this existed...I also go to a trainer 2 times a week and she's awesome!!!Im in the gym doing cardio a lot so just the enviroment keeps me motivated...

I want to have a beach ready body...My birthday is in June and want to see a HUGE change by then..I am self motivated and know I can do it..I also want to do the hydroxycut teansformation contest so thats keeping me pretty motivated!!

Ok..so I have been working really hard for a couple months...thats when I got addicted!!my diet is pretty clean and my new best friend is my trainer...NICOLE!!!!...she's a wonderful trainer that I see 3 times a week...I'm doing weights 5 times a wk and cardio...abs..6 days a week...I feel so...
Right now I'm doining what my trainer tells me to do..I do abs everyday except Sunday and cardio 5 to 6 times a week..I see my trainer twice a week and one of those days we do legs and abs..the next time she does what she wants....but abs are a must...we usually do 3 sets of 15 and in between...
The idea behind eating well is that your body should never feel like it's starving because if it does then it will stop working as fast as it should be. Since you're just starting out with proteins, I would go with a whey protein and drink one for breakfast, and then right after you get done working out. I also know you're using hydroxycut Max, which is what I'm on, so we'll have a lot of the same similarities in eating.
I see that you're going to be starting the Hydroxycut Max! This is a great supplement, but make sure you drink enough water because it really does dry you out:-) We have almost the same goal, so let's work together!
