This is 4 years ago when I was in the best shape of my life... I want to be here again!
I want to be the best I can be for myself and for my family.
Goal (Long):
After having boy/girl twins in January, I realized that it's even more important for me to take care of myself, both inside and out. It's easy to get into a "comfort zone" and not take care of myself with everything else there is to do. But it's important to me to be a strong role model for my children.
Completing a marathon was one goal I never would of thought I would reach and I did it! Now I would LOVE to be able to have a body that could compete in a women's fitness competition in the next 5 years. It seems a long way off but after reading many of the stories on here I believe anything is possible.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Kelly Ripa, Jennifer Aniston...

Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
I do because I think it holds me accountable and I also hope it will motivate them to challenge themselves as well.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Don't give up. Don't think "oh, I'm destined to be fat and out of shape". Have a vision for where you want to be and keep striving towards it. It can happen.
I've been on vacation for the past 10 days.... and as good as my intentions were to stay on track I couldn't have been farther from it! So many old habits crept back in and my workout schedule completely went down the drain.
Ok, So I can only go up from here! My whole schedule is about to...
Hey girl. Havent been on here for awhile. Had boyfriend issues, but they are all good now! I measure my bodyfat weekly also. We have a handheld one, which is not that accurate, but it still tells you each week if you're lost fat!
My legs are my weakness. When it comes to upper body, it seems easy. I really need to tone up the lower body more. I will keep working on the abs too...you can never have too many ab muscles:) I want my weight to stay the same, but lower the body fat...competing? Not sure, but I hope I can do something with this hard work. Have a great weekend.
Hey girl. I'm doing ok. I lost 5 lbs last week due to stress so I saw some low numbers, but I they have gone back up a little.I havent been eating very good. Chickfila too much! lol How's your week been?
Hi Molly! I love your short term goal! Thanks for the add. I am glad that you have made the choice to get back to being healthy. Keep up the motivation and you will reach your goals in no time!
Yeah you're making progress. You'll know when people start commenting more! lol I reached my original goal of 130 but now I am trying to get to 120 probably. I am 126 now. So I think another 6 lbs and lowering my bodyfat some more, should be the rest of the "fat loss"j segment of my journey..hopefully. Then I just want to start hitting the weights more and toning up.
Pretty good! I think I pulled of 2 more lbs! Which is really good at this point. I see your new pics! I can tell you lost in your tummy and legs for sure! It's so amazing what these pics can do! Keep it up, you'll be there in no time!
