Thanks for checking in. Nothing coming up in the near future.. I decided to take a year off to put on another 10 lbs. And 18% bodyfat isn't gonna get me on stage or in any magazines. Hoping to be bigger and better than ever in 2011

Let's just say that I've definately looked a heck of a lot better, so it's VERY frustrating.. even though I'm improving day-by-day... I'm just waiting to look in the mirror and see me at my best, still quite a few weeks away from that :( BUT.. the workout is going SPLeNDiD!!
