It all started with Beverly International's No Nonsense Newsletter. As soon as I opened the magazine, I wanted nothing more than to look like a figure competitor. So, I googled local personal trainers, hired one, started training, and have never looked back =]

For starters, there's the mirror. Then, there are other people with phenomenal physiques.

Let me start off by saying: I am STARVING!! Going from 2800-3500 calories/day to 1200-1800 calories/day can really take it out of you. A carb-up meal IS in the forecast, however...Tuesday night =]

Thought that this whole precontest dieting/training was literally killing me when I wound up in...

OMG!!! My little cutie is ALIVE! lol I haven't talked to you in ages! I'm well; training and working harder than ever to get this bod in the best shape of my life! I don't think I'll be able to hit the Arnold this year, unfortunately. I'm attending a camp in late Jan. and the funds just don't say ARNOLD!! lol
