It all started with Beverly International's No Nonsense Newsletter. As soon as I opened the magazine, I wanted nothing more than to look like a figure competitor. So, I googled local personal trainers, hired one, started training, and have never looked back =]

Let me start off by saying: I am STARVING!! Going from 2800-3500 calories/day to 1200-1800 calories/day can really take it out of you. A carb-up meal IS in the forecast, however...Tuesday night =]

You are such a sweetheart...no nothing yet from him!! I have been doing good with eating just need to get a routine down for getting to the gym...I know no excuses..after all i am the ring leader of the group...lol!!! I better have some type of transformation!!
