I stopped training for a few months and now i feel outta shape and fat. I'm starting to get my motivation back and get back into training but at this time i don't have a gym to go to so im forced to lift at home until i can afford to go to a gym. I don't have a scale so i can't give an...

Just because you took first place in two classes at your first show doesn't mean your THAT big, I just hadn't decided to cut the fat off yet. I think I'll go eat some icecream and brownies (while I'm thinking of it).

naw man, i was just being an ass, that'a all. Your body is very impressive. The arms, the abs, the chest you have got it! I can understand about the thighs and calves thing, i myself am really sick and tired of squats and calf raises to thickin' up those parts of my body, i don't know if they are workin' thanks for the reply man. Solid and thight body mate! keep lifting!!!
