My Motivation Program

Tricks...mental tricks. A person only has so much self motivation. There are days that I'm tired, feeling worn or too sore. So how do I stay motivated? I update my body space often, watch success stories, but most of all use my imagination to create a heated situation to get raise my motivation from zero to hero. I learned this from watching Kris Gethin's 12 Week training videos. He often would create a situation in his mind to push himself to complete his set with a high intensities. Genius! With two small children, I have plenty to get me fired up and motivated. Thanks KG!

What mojpeptan Is Up To

mojpeptan Friday morning workout is a great way to start the weekend. I've trained. I've eaten and now I'm going to finish a strong work week as well.
