Hi there Fella,
well just one thing I want to know, when eating your protein an carbs, what percentage should be carbs and what percentage should be protein, I know that you should eat 2 pounds per pound of protein but where does the carbs come into it??
any other advice you could give me would be great?

Hi Mo. My diet tips for you would be: *eat clean, *eat 5-6 (maybe even 7) times a day, men needs to eat more... *Eat every 2-3 three hours. *Muscle and Fitness (Sept. issue) has a great article on getting 25% stronger. There is a great diet in there also, start there. Have a great weekend.

no.. I plan to in the future. I am going on my 3rd month of weight lifting.. always been a cardio girl. So far I love it.. I cant wait to see myself in a year. I hope to compete by that time =)
