How I Started:
I've always enjoyed sports; rock climbing, hiking, and martial arts. As a matter of fact, I got started lifting at 15 to get stronger for grappling. However I didn't get serious about body building till I was 22.
Why I Love It:
The feeling of acomplishment can't be beat. I love to sculpt my body like an artist. The feel of the heavy weight and the hardness of my body are awesome!
How I Stay Motivated:
Just persistance. I hurt my back last year and am finally better so I can't wait to lift heavy again. My adrenaline pumps just thinking about it! But I'm taking it slow to start, considering I haven't moved much weight this last year.
