What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I love doing the Stepmill. I feel that it gives me the best workout in terms of getting my heart rate up and working my legs too. I used to be a runner, but injured my achilles tendon so the treadmill...more

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I usually do 30 to 40 minutes of cardio 6 days a week following my weights in the morning. I tend to do 30min only following leg workouts and 40min following my upper body days or cardio only days.
