What is your cardio exercise plan?
I usually do 30 to 40 minutes of cardio 6 days a week following my weights in the morning. I tend to do 30min only following leg workouts and 40min following my upper body days or cardio only days.
Admirable goals and definitly words to live by. I must compliment you on all of your hard work and the great progress you have made. From one Canadian to another I wish you much success and keep rippin' it up!
