This site is awesome. Not only does it give me tools to progress my goals, but the positive feedback and comments I receive about my progress really pushes me on. Also, seeing other people's progress and their great bodies really gives me that adrenaline feeling to hit the weights hard so that I may look like them and excel their progress. A training partner would help as well.
