How I Started:
I've always been fat,since the age of 8.I've been through anorexia/bulimia at age 16,then got over it,and kept gaining and losing weight...
But while being on a diet,I hardly made any working out.
On last december,I reached my higher point:205 lbs !!!
So I cut off bread and whey,and milk,as I've realized thses made me sick.
Why I Love It:
Being proud of myself after training for one hour!!!

Goal (Long):
No more flabby thighs,no more "banana tummy".I want my body to be lean and healthy,I want to be an inspiration for my relatives,for the people I want to help (being undergoing a dietetician training).
I've always neglected my body and I want it to change!
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
My boyfriend is the chosen one,lol!I like being supported,I go further through my training.If I'd work out alone,I would stop sooner,than when I work out with my boyfriend at my side!

Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
You can achieve that by training smart & eating right. What are your goals? Do you want to compete or perhaps model a bit? I think you have a lot of potential. Anwyays hope you had a great day.

Not at all you look way advanced from where I started. Just remember everyday you go your burning calories and as long as you keep the diet tight (the hard part for me) all should go well.
Trust me if I can do it at 38 you should have little problem if you are consistant. Just have faith in your self and push a little more every week not by much and trust me your body will change.
