Actually, I have been training since 7 years old. Secretly, lifted 5kgs at that young age. I really don't know what came in to me at those times. Maybe, I was just driven enough even at a tender age to combat asthma.
Why I Love It:
Well, basically, it makes me feel and look better. Health reasons---you know the story.
How I Stay Motivated:
I really don't know. I guess it runs in the family. My cousins and I are in to muay thai, karatedo, basketball, judo and many other full contact sports that raises higher physical demands ever since we were kids. Personally, I view bodybuilding as a means to become better in whatever field of endeavor that i wish to take. I guess its just natural---like breathing.
BB Accomplishments:
The previous year I became sedentary, and chunked up with a lot of adipose and weighed heavier from 75 kgs to a 98 kgs. I reiterate that I'm an asthmatic and weighing like such imperils my respiratory system as well as my blood vessels, since it is a given fact that more arteries are found on body fat than muscles. Now, I have cut my body fat to 82kgs and toned up a little.
MORE TO IMPROVE.
