haha man fast walking is tough!! im trying to take loochis advise and see where im gonna end up at haha hopefully somewhere nice with ladies all around haha but ya man im on a realll diet now and its very strict so im gonna start posting progress pics in 2 weeks and of course mention ur name since u showed me the walking technique habibi haha ...but ya hpws things wit u? hows bulking going?

loochi habibi long time no talk ..looking fukin cut as hell man , what happened!!?? haha ....but ya man well i went from 205 to 230 now ,,gained good amount of muscle but lots of fat too... ima begin my diet today and cardio as well ...but i need ur help ...bascilly im tryin to cut down like u man ...so i need u give me step by step on what to eat and how much cardio etc...i would appriate it very much habibi ,,,thanks ..big mo
