started to lift weights because i wanted to get on top of the big record poster in our school for bench , squat and power clean ..and in my senior yr , I achieved my dream. Now that im out of high school and college is very stressfull and needs time put into it. Im willing to go down and just be shredded...my new goal is to model??

Lol habeeb all good, yeah get some progress pics up man, the walk is good in my opinion, its fun and good for you.. BUT if you feel like you'r not losing or that it isn't working (give it 6 weeks or so) then try the cross trainer, those are AWESOME lolol. Let me know if you need anything habeeb.. So much information that its hard to just tell you all in one go

Can't send ya PM's but, what I basically did bro was, cut out sugars and bad fats, you'd be amazed at how fast you drop the weight.. I walk for 1 hour in the morning, fast walk its pretty tough lol! But I started half an hour a day and then i progressed each month or so, but mainly my diet.. One mistake was I dropped TOO much carbs.. Can be bad for you, keep your carbs moderatly high with ur protein, watch ur fats n sugars!!

Wilak Hamoodi wats up man! Good to see your keepin in touch! Wow you have a great body dude.. Awesome chest.. I'm jealous.. Mine doesn't grow.. Maybe I need to change my grip or something hehe.. Anyway, I do alot of wide lat pull downs and lots of close grip lat pull downs. This way I work lower and upper lats (if that makes sense) but i also believe mine r genetic.. I always had lats b4 gyming :S hehe.. Hope it helps, let me know if u wanna no anythin else... KEEP PUMPIN!!
