eurozn Yeah I hear that, battling is the right word for me too. I didn't think it would be but once I dropped certain foods all the fat came off fast and I find it challenging to pack it back on (I mean the good type). Jul 8, 2012 7:38am

bodylove8 I'm off the Del Monte program, though I got great results with it -- at one point I was 20 pounds heavier than when I started. Debating whether to start it up again or just try something new for the hell of it. Either way, what I need to do most is just start hitting the weights and eating more again.
