Thanks bro, appreciate the comment! We arent living on MREs but its hard to get the right food alot of times, most of its loaded with bad fat and too much sodium. Find myself eating the same stuff everyday usually, lol!

I use only whey isolate, and usually add a tablespoon of peanut oil to slow the digestion down a little (except post workout). I've tried some of the slower digesting mixes, but found them harder to drink. Good luck.
