Im currently at around 11,1/2 stone when cut, i took a great effort to get there without any assistance? I did not feel that i looked right in a t-shirt so i want to gain a stone of muscle mass and bring my bodyfat down to 10%. Im currently in the armed forces and so been able to move around fast on my feet is key? I cannot afford to slow up or lose to much stamina, which could affect my night time activities to??

I want to GAIN 14 lb

about saying no to cardio, i usually work out 5 days a week lifting, and on sat or sunday, i take a 1 hr spinning class, you think i should stop doing cardio, i just want to get bulky and buil muscle quicker, what do u think??

Yes and since getting big is hard for me my trainer said that I can't do any cardio! Not that I was planning on it anyway
