my results are a big help and i like being in the best shape posible so i know i have to train hard .

i was 140 and i couldnt bench 100 1 time . im now 190-200 and can bench well over my wieght multiple times .

today i did chest. im bulking up right now im going for 220 . last time i was hit the scale was june 1 07 . i was 185.

Well theres no way you cant gain at least a little bit of fat when you wanna get huge. Just eat as clean as possible. Im cutting right now, and my pics are pretty old. I need to update them.
